Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or zoom, or who prefer less motion.
What we aim for
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we've done
- Text and controls meet the contrast levels in WCAG 2.1 AA.
- The page is fully usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the animations don't play and every section shows in its finished state.
- Moving demo elements stop on their own after a few seconds.
- The page reflows down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Illustrations and demos have text labels for screen readers.
We've tested with a keyboard and with reduced-motion settings. We haven't yet done a full test with a screen reader.
